Our support plan offerings are designed to help you get the answers you need, when you need them, maximizing your investment in the ProGrid process or ProGrid software. Both the basic and comprehensive support options include software maintenance (technical patches & debugging) and free upgrades. Please note that the hourly option does not include automatic software maintenance (technical patches & debugging) or upgrades.
